The duplex has such a great location, it has easy access to I25 and downtown. It is larger than most apartments in the area, the windows have been updated, and central air-conditioning has been added. You have a fenced in back yard which gives you added privacy. Its just a nice place to come home to.
The duplex was built in 1920 and is a combination of new and old. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated. The interior of the house has been repainted, and the hardwood floors have been refinished. Almost all the light fixtures have either been replaced with new or refurbished fixtures. I love this neighborhood because there is so much to do, like dining, shopping, and happy hour. If youre not in the mood to drive, try renting a bike or scooter. You also have access to the Cherry Creek bike trail which can get you to downtown or Cherry Creek North.
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Terri and this property made for the most incredible stay. I extended my stay here and it was sincerely so hard for me to leave. She is so attentive, kind, and accommodating to anything that may present itself. Living in this home was so calming and comfortable, I truly wish I could've stayed here forever. I'll miss everything about this spot. :)
A Denver Gem!!
Our 4 month stay here was amazing - Terri's place is truly a gem. The unit was spacious and well stocked with absolutely everything we needed. Additionally, the location's fantastic and walkable to wash park. We loved having an off-street parking spot and found the thoughtful decorations so fun. Terri was super responsive and always available if we needed anything. We would absolutely stay here again if we found ourselves back in Denver!
