New cabinets and fixtures in kitchen and bath, large open living room/ kitchen area with vaulted ceiling and windows that fill the space with light. Quiet safe neighborhood within walking distance to a grocery store, pharmacy, dollar store and a great Chinese restaurant. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.

There's a large living room/kitchen with vaulted ceiling, hardwood floor and sliding glass door to a private patio. Down a short hall you'll find the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and the bedroom with a queen size bed. The unit was built to accomodate a single tenant. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Although I love cats I can't allow them because of a severe allergy.
