Excellent place to stay!
I stayed at this property for two months. I wish I could have taken it with me to my next job site. I absolutely loved this place. It's perfect, quiet and peaceful. Tim and his wife were excellent hosts and I will definitely be contacting them again if I ever come back to Waco.

The Lakes Guest House
I had a wonderful 1-month stay at Mr. Tim's guest house! It was a quick drive to most of the hospitals and clinics for my sub-internship. The place is fully loaded with kitchen supplies and cleaning supplies. They were very accommodating. If you like fishing, it is right next to the Airport Park, which accesses Lake Waco. The neighborhood is extremely safe and walkable. I would definitely rent here again!
