I would not stay here again. The home had extremely strict and frequently enforced cleanliness rules. Tenants were expected to bleach the bathtub, wipe the toilet with Clorox wipes after every use, and disinfect kitchen surfaces after every use. Despite following these rules, I still received frequent accusatory texts. I also reported recurring mold in the bathroom due to poor ventilation (no exhaust fan). I was told it would be addressed, but it reappeared, and we were expected to keep the bathroom window open, even in winter. Privacy was another concern, as male guests were invited over without notice while I was expected to wear headphones during my own calls. After move-out, my $1,000 deposit was delayed over alleged food crumbs despite paying a $175 cleaning fee, and I only received it after mentioning legal action.
