This Sudio is best for the proximity to hospitals, the downtown district, its quit and private. Your just blocks from the theater, plays, live music and entertainment, also close to bus stop. Sioux Falls is named after the Falls that run thru town and they are 6 blocks from here as is the out door Farmers Market we also have a winter long indoor Farmers Market. This is a historic district and has some beautiful older homes.

Perfect!
Rick was an exceptional host. Despite our Christmas Eve move-in, he took the time to meet us personally, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment was exactly what we needed - clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully furnished. Both the bed and couches were very comfortable, and the space was fully equipped with everything necessary for a seamless stay. The private entrance and patio were standout features that added to the overall experience. We were so impressed that we often wished we could replicate this apartment wherever we travel. Thank you, Rick, for such a wonderful stay!
