Room for Rent

This is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom duplex, only I live here. There is a furnished room (queen bed, nightstands, tv, closet) and full bathroom (bathroom is in the hallway so guests may use it from time to time). There is also a desk and office space in the third bedroom if needed. I work monday - friday, 8-4:30. I am typically home on weeknights, and out and about on weekends.
