The rental process was straightforward, responsive during the application stage. Issues with the unit made the living conditions untenable. Major problems: Leaking toilet, leaking kitchen faucet Inadequate cooling, inside temps at/above 74F during the day Dirty AC filters at move-in, overall dirty unit Large black ants, landlords suggestion was for me to spray chemicals around the 2nd floor windows No guaranteed parking, street spot taken, car was surrounded by garbage cans/stench all weekend at times. Unit's back door didnt close, no key provided despite the request Bathroom door stuck, was difficult to open from the inside Kitchen supplied with worn-out pots/utensils, rancid oil smell transferred to meals Minimal furnishings, 1 sheet set between 2 bedrooms, no dressers/hangers Additionally, odors (cigarette smoke/cooking), extremely poor soundproofing, loud music/noise from downstairs. This reflects my experience, and I have documentation to support it.
