Nice place, clean, convenient & safe

Just a short hop to the highways. Many food choices nearby. Nicely updated with comfortable furniture. Nice to have washer/dryer in unit.

This unit was very clean and private! I felt very safe and secure here! No matter the need or time of day the landlord was very responsive and attended to every need! I would stay again! Spencer and Nora were very kind! The driveway was salted and cleaned during a big snowstorm! Couldn't ask for better hosts!

First time renting an Airbnb

We had a great stay at Spencers place in Wichita! The house was super clean, modern, and had tons of space perfect for relaxing after a long day. Everything looked just like the photos (maybe even better), and it felt like home right away. Spencer was an awesome host really nice, quick to respond, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell he cares about his guests and takes pride in the space. Would definitely stay here again next time were in town. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

My stay here was great! It's truly like having a home away from home. This 1 bd 1 ba duplex comes with everything. Not having to park my car on the street was a major perk. It's walking distance to one hospital and less than a 10 minute drive to the next so commuting to work is a breeze. There are many food spots and stores nearby. Spencer was a wonderful landlord. He quickly responded to any issues that came up during my stay (which weren't much). I enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.

Spencers hospitality was amazing. This location kept me both close to work & centrally located. I am a traveling nurse so comfort & safety is important to me. Having my personal car garage was an additional perk to my stay! This is a 1 bedroom duplex with lots of living room & dining space. All appliances were new along with the washer & dryer. I've created lifelong connections by asking Spencer on gym recommendations. I truly enjoyed my personal training at Go Dolla Fitness in Wichita. This is a professional & female friendly gym that allowed me to grow in so many ways. Spencer is very accommodating & kept in great communication throughout my stay. Thank you for having me.
