Private , quiet & cozy
Exactly what I was looking for. Private entrance, quiet, private & cozy apartment. But close to the LIRR, the LIE, Smithhaven mall, Stony Brook Hospital and shopping. The owners, George and Melanie, are excellent hosts. Will return.

Amazing Intro to Long Island
I rented this apartment from George and Melanie while taking a summer class at Stony brook and theres not enough words to describe what great hosts they are! They are accommodating, attentive, and great individuals!! The apartment itself is super cozy and spacious. Having my own bathroom and kitchen area was a blessing for the area and price. Its an easy 12ish minute drive to Stony Brook Hospital and also is in great proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and the mall. I couldnt havent asked for a better first stay here! I recommend for any students/employees at the hospital.
