Entire basement apartment in lovely home, newly renovated

Wonderful place to Stay

This gem was in a great location for access to my workplace and to the mountains for exploring on the weekends. Charlie was the most gracious, kind and accommodating host one could ask for. She went out of her way to make me feel at home and, when my wife came to visit from Florida, she quickly befriended her and even loaned her some clothes for hiking. The apartment has everything you need and is quite cozy. This is truly a magnificent find!

Feels like home

Charlie and Turner are such interesting and admirable people. They truly felt like family during my stay at their house. I stayed here with my cat, Olive. We pet-sit for each other whenever needed, and I fully trusted them both to take care of my little cat. They are both individually such amazing people and I loved sharing a space with them both. They take care of their tenants *cries*. Location is 11/10 also. Loved being close to redrocks and the park down the road. Neighborhood is sick.
