Hidden Gem

We absolutely loved our stay! The area is beautiful peaceful, walkable, and close to everything you would want to explore. The home itself is so cozy and inviting, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Working with Jess and Isaac was the best part! They're such wonderful hosts. They are friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about making your stay perfect. You can really feel the love they've put into the space. If youre looking for a place that feels both stylish and comfortable, in a fantastic location, this is it. Cant wait to come back!

Perfect short term rental

We stayed in this perfect beach house during our transition of moving states and it was the best short term place! Isaac and his wife were very attentive, communicative, helpful, and great to work with. We had everything we needed with the stocked kitchen and comfy living room and bedrooms. We loved biking and walking to the beach and enjoyed trying all the restaurants and desserts around! The house is in a great area and is the best option around for a furnished place!

Cute Beach House!

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful townhouse in Atlantic Beach, Florida, for six months, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-maintained and welcoming the property was. The location is absolutely idealjust a short walk to the beach, so I could easily enjoy the sand and surf whenever I wanted. Atlantic Beach is a peaceful, charming community with plenty of great dining options, shops, and parks nearby. Inside, the townhouse was spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, ensuring restful nights after long days of beach adventures. The property management team was outstandingresponsive, friendly, and attentive to any needs I had throughout my stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located, and comfortable place to stay in this beautiful part of Florida.

Great spot near the beach!

Loved staying here instead of the cold winter months in the north. Isaac and Jess were great hosts who were super communicative and helpful! Area is very close to the downtown restaurant area. I rode my bike every morning to the ocean for a walk! Would highly recommend
