Best Landlord ever

This place was a blessing from the moment i entered the house.They made me feel welcomed right away. The house is so clean and crisp. They make me feel like family vs a tenant. If i can give more than 5 stars i would. They are overly accomodating. It doesn't get no better.

Best Room & Location to Stay

Honestly, this is the best room to stay in, especially if you are new to the Sacramento area. I was new to the area and was looking for a room that was affordable, had easy access to the freeway, close to nearby grocery stores (WinCo and Walmart), and many food spots. I found this place through Furnished Finder, and it met all of my requirements. Jacob and Sonali welcomed me into their home and were great hosts during my stay. Anytime I had questions about places to explore, or food spots to try, they always had great suggestions. My favorite part of the stay was their cat, who is super sweet! The room has a cozy feel, and the house was always clean. I was also happy to see a front-load washer, which was rare to see when I toured other rooms. I can say with my whole heart that I had a great experience, and it is so close to everything. 12/10 Recommend! 12/10 Best Cat!

Great Stay!!!

This place is a great vibe. Jacob and Sonali are very accommodating and flexible, nicest people. Shared bathroom, but Jacob and Sonali keep it clean and fresh. Smart TV in the room made it easy for me to just lay back and chill with plenty of privacy. This place is in the perfect spot and in the middle of everything if you are looking to explore Sacramento and beyond in your free time. There’s a newly renovated 24 hour fitness gym just 5 minutes away which was the icing on the cake! They have a dog that is super friendly and cute, and a cat that is almost nonexistent but friendly lol! Would highly recommend.

Lovely Home, great communication and thoughtful

This was a great place to stay near major hospitals in the area. I stayed for a couple of months while on assignment and would have stayed longer if my contract didn't end. The host was communicative, friendly, and thoughtful as I was welcomed in. The home is as described, there are two available rooms, one slightly larger and with a shared bathroom. Even the smaller room was a good size for a traveler like myself. There is a washer/dryer onsite which was very convenient. There is a small gym, local grocery store, gas and some small restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the freeway. If I come back to this area for another assignment I would stay here again.
