The residence is in the rear of a residence in the quiet Lindale neighborhood, one block off of Alameda street, across from Incarnate Word Academy and within walking distance of the HEB shopping center at Alameda and McColl streets. Fantastic Experience
To preface, my stay here will continue for another 2 and a half weeks until August 8th. My stay here has been wonderful. As a student intern at TAMUCC, I could not afford a rental car for the duration of my trip. Everything you need is within walking/Lime scooter distance. Lime scooters can get you to HEB, CVS, and Freedom Fitness in about 3 minutes. Pete and Kelly are great people and very hospitable. They really made me feel welcome and were more than willing to show me around the town. If I plan on returning to Corpus Christi for any work, this will definitely be my first choice on a place to stay.

Wonderful stay!
The owners were exceptionally hospitable, displaying genuine compassion and friendliness. Their communication was prompt and efficient, ensuring a seamless experience. The apartment itself was immaculate, modern, and provided a sense of comfort. I wholeheartedly endorse this property for its exceptional value and overall satisfaction. Great stay, great owners, and a quiet neighborhood.
Great little spot close to most hospitals in town. The owners were extremely accommodating to my check-in time and made sure I was able to access the unit while they were out of town. There is an open line of communication with the owners, if you have a question, they have a timely answer. The unit is completely furnished and has every kitchen utensil you could need with full sets of pots, pans, and dishes. When I checked in the unit was very clean, all appliances and bathroom amenities are brand new and the unit is separate from the main house. Even while working nights, I had no issue being woken up during the day and there will be plenty of respect for your privacy. Close to grocery stores, places to eat, and about a 20-30 minute drive from the beach. Highly recommend this spot and renting from this amazing family.
