Excellent Stay Near Cleveland Clinic

I had a fantastic experience staying at here. The home was spotless, well-furnished, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay from fast Wi-Fi and a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedding and thoughtful touches throughout. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and parks. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out effortless. I genuinely felt at home here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

review of Landlord

We did not rent from Michael Aras, (only because the property we were interested in booked before we were able to secure it,) but I have to say Michael was so gracious and helpful in trying to accommodate our needs. Even though we did not rent from him he went above and beyond trying to help us by providing a list (which he typed out) of safe areas to look at for rentals. Now that is service oriented! I was impressed and grateful. Shannon

Phenomenal experience

I have nothing but kind and positive things to say about Michael. He catered to everything I requested. When I walked in through the front door, there were fresh flowers in the kitchen and it smelled like lilacs through out the house. Everything was clean and well kept. The bed smelled like fresh linens, they were of good quality too. I had questions about the washer and dryer (they were new to me) and he answered soon as I called even though he was in the middle of dinner with family for his birthday (Im so sorry). He explained how to operate them and mentioned he had left laundry detergent there for me to use if needed. If you decide to rent with Michael, you will be well taken care of. He is a fair landlord and the experience was a 10/10 hands down. Thank you again Michael!!!!

Great stay, Cleveland

I have been staying in short-term rentals since 2017 due to my job and it's a hit or miss with some places! Well, let me just say this rental was very enjoyable, definitely will be reaching out to book again when I come back up to Cleveland. Price: Local area prices can be a strain on your pockets! Great pricing for the location. Hospitality: Michael was very amiable and quick to respond to all my needs and questions. Felt like a hotel. Michael gave me tips for the local area and good restaurant recommendations like Brassica (I love super healthy Mediterranean food!) and told me to check out the Beachwood mall. House: The house was comfy and fully-furnished. Everything was so new and clean, it felt like I walked into Ikea. Brand new everything, literally. I'm neat freak so this place was a god-send. I really loved the spiral staircase and the kitchen and dining room too. I liked that the washer and drier are on location. There were two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Kitchen had cutlery, plates, cups, and pots and pans. It has a covered garage, so great for snowy weather. Area: The house is in South Euclid. Not far from Cleveland Clinic. The area has some good walking trails by it. There's a library and lots of restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is cute and sleepy. More older people in it I think. Thanks, Michael! Avoid this house

Landlord did not prep this house before I moved in. Counters in kitchen & bathroom were dirty with previous tenants hair, as were all floors. I had to clean the stove, microwave, countertops, bathtub, & change the shower curtain because they hadn't been cleaned / changed from the previous tenant. This was all unwelcoming, but the most disrespectful thing was when I pulled back the blanket on the bed in the main bedroom, the sheets had hair & oil on them from the previous tenant. Despite the fact that landlord lives 5 mins away, his only resolution was to Amazon me a blanket & sheet set. There was a sewage backup in the basement & Michael's communication was heinously disrespectful. I had to argue vehemently that he needed to get a plumber to fix it- he wanted to wait 6 days for his preferred plumber to manage it because he'd already paid the guy. He never cleaned the sewage debris. I had to stay in a hotel the last 10 days of my stay with no compensation & then he kept the deposit.
