This studio has everything you need for day-to-day life, and if you ever need anything more, the landlords are incredibly communicative and responsive, and they always went above and beyond to address any issues I had. I would definitely recommend this!

Lovely Home, Great Landlords

This house truly has everything you could ask for—private entrances, in-unit laundry, and all the essentials provided. Most importantly, the landlords are outstanding. For the price, I honestly don’t think there’s anything better available. Jimmy and Anne were incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns and consistently went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. They are both friendly and professional, and it was a huge relief not having to worry about anything during my time there. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

Amazing Studio with a Short Walk to the Beach

This studio is the perfect spot for relaxing after a long day of work! It is nice that it has 2 private entrances. Both of the landlords are so easy to talk to and made me feel right at home from Day 1! The studio comes with everything you could possibly need! I wish I could have stayed here longer! It truly feels like your own little home in the city.
