This unit is part of a duplex on a quiet street that abuts the Alaska Railroad easement. The property features a shared backyard with a fire pit, chairs and grill. Feel free to garden. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and good running and biking is available from the house. We don't live onsite so you have your privacy from the landlords and the other tenants are working professionals.

Neighborhood overview
Located on a dead end quiet street in a neighborhood thats walkable to eateries and dog walking areas. We have not had issues with theft and there isn't much walkthrough traffic. The neighbors on either side are helpful and everyone on the street is friendly.
