Great Location and Landlord

My family and I enjoyed staying here while new house was being built. We loved how close the house was to the Riverwalk trail and to the restaurants in Southside. Every room was well furnished and fit our needs. The landlord was very accommodating throughout our stay and responded promptly to answer any of our questions or to help resolve any issues. I would recommend this property to anyone needing a reliable place to stay close to the city!

Outstanding affordable property

Our children just moved to Chattanooga and we came for a month to help them get settled. We stumbled onto this property for a one month stay. Price was very affordable for what the property offered. This three story 2 bedroom unit is like new ......with outdoor sitting areas on all three stories . Not only was it very well furnished and decorated, the amenities were much more than expected. Immaculately clean...linens top of the line...dishware and utensils well stocked...televisions offered a broad spectrum of options... internet strong and reliable. Location was perfect....convenient to downtown and interstates in a very up and coming area. Hopefully, you will find availability of this property for your visit to Chattanooga. The landlord is very hands on, always just a phone call or text away to assist with any needs. Hope you get a chance to experience the hospitality offered at this property.

I stayed here for two months and I cannot say enough good things about it. Mr. Neely was great to work with and very accommodating. This townhome is in a great location and very close to downtown, the riverwalk, great restaurants, and hiking trails. The neighbors in the complex are all so sweet, as well! Highly recommend!
