I stayed with Yola and Mark this spring and it was a great experience. She is very responsive and easy to communicate with, and does her best to respect your privacy as a tenant. The apartment itself has it's own separate entrance through the basement by walking to the back and is newly renovated and very clean. The only shared space in the basement is the laundry (but this was never an issue for us!) and some storage space the owners use. My favorite part was that there is a private patio space with a grill that overlooks a wooded backyard with lots of wildlife. Overall one of my best furnished finders experiences!
