Quite and Peaceful
The cottage is serene and peaceful. There are kind neighbors nearby. We enjoyed the forest feel and were comfortable in the small but cozy space, despite the summer heat.

Do Not Rent!
I rented this cottage for a healthcare contract at a nearby hospital. I stayed one night. It was so incredibly cold, even with the heat on 78! There was cold air seeping in everywhere. I slept in winter clothes, hat and gloves. There was no way anyone could live in a place that cold. I asked for a refund of half my money due to it being unlivable. The landlord refused. Then he changed his mind and agreed to refund $500 but has not done so.
