Perfect place for the summer!
I stayed here for an internship over the summer, and it was great! The place is super cute (and quite large for the price), and Jacob was super responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is great: it's right by Lake bottom Park and a short drive from the river, downtown, etc. I was a 21-year-old female living alone and never felt unsafe. I loved this cottage and Columbus and would highly recommend!
