Safe quiet place

I lived here for about a year and honestly loved it. The house was always quiet, clean, and really comfortable. It was fully furnished, which made everything so much easier when I moved in. The owner was amazing and always kind, responsive, and easy to work with. You can tell they really care about the property and the people staying there. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and welcoming home. I'm really grateful I got to live here and would stay again in a heartbeat

Enjoyed my stay

As a woman, I typically lean exclusively toward all-female rentals for my own peace of mind, but I am so incredibly glad I took a chance on this room. From day one, I felt completely secure. The landlord is exceptionally attentive and meticulous about screening tenants to maintain a positive, respectful culture in the house. The home itself was immaculately clean, and the location was wonderfully convenient for my commute. All of the other roommates were working professionals who were quiet, courteous, and easy to live with. If you want a stress-free, safe, and beautifully managed place to stay, this is it. I highly recommend it!

Convenient short-term rental

This is an affordable rental option in the metro Charlotte area. It is close to major interstates to easily travel to other parts of metro Charlotte. It's within a 10-minute drive to the Whitewater Center for outdoor enthusiasts and 10 minutes to Premium Outlet malls. It's about a 10-12 minute drive to CLT. It's very convenient.
