I don't reccomend.
The property is overpriced for the following reasons: the landlord left a bunch of his personal junk around the house, there's a lot of low-quality DIY house work that doesn't work as expected, there's loud music playing late at night right outside that happens twice a week and the landlord will deduct from your deposit to pay for his own home improvement wishlist. He's a beginner landlord, renter beware.
