Quaint home with fenced yard walking distance to downtown

Great Property!

My brother, dog, and I stayed at this house for 9 months while I was on a work assignment in Prescott Valley. Ali and Gary are very responsive and available when needed (they are also great neighbors!). The house is super unique, clean, and has fun extras like a pool table and a lot of books and movies! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone who needs a house to stay in the Prescott area!

Amazing place even better landlords

We had the delight to stay here for three months and it was everything we wanted and more to bring so close to downtown a huge yard for our dogs and views on the back porch!! I highly recommend this place! And the landlords are amazing and on top of making sure every bit of our stay exceeds all expectations!!

This place is super cute! It was perfect for me and my dog during our stay in Prescott. It has everything we wanted, a yard for the dog, a deck with beautiful views, walking distance to downtown and close to the hospital. The landlords live next door and are incredibly nice people. I highly recommend and would love to stay again.
