Quaint home with fenced yard walking distance to downtown

Very nice, comfortable and quiet. The picture fors not fobjustice to the house. Ali and Gary are awesome landlords. It's too bad , I had to leave sooner. Definitely a must to relax and enjoy after work. You will feel like you are on vacation.

Outstanding

The picture does not give justice to the beauty of this property. Of our brief stay , it was very nice, quiet , clean and plenty of rooms to get lost if you need that aloneness mood. I really appreciate and spent time I. Looking at all the pictures and portraits in the house. The art work of Mr Gary is very impressive. My dog, Chico enjoyed checking the yard and stayed out sniffing and checking every corner, My son felt like he was on vacation. I'm sorry to leave and not stay due to personal reasons. I really encourage fellow travelers to check this house, 5 min to the hospital, walking distance to skid row ,close to fry's and so many nearby places. My land lady Ali , is awesome . I'm gonna miss these warm and honest folks and of course the beautiful abode.

Great Property!

My brother, dog, and I stayed at this house for 9 months while I was on a work assignment in Prescott Valley. Ali and Gary are very responsive and available when needed (they are also great neighbors!). The house is super unique, clean, and has fun extras like a pool table and a lot of books and movies! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone who needs a house to stay in the Prescott area!

Amazing place even better landlords

We had the delight to stay here for three months and it was everything we wanted and more to bring so close to downtown a huge yard for our dogs and views on the back porch!! I highly recommend this place! And the landlords are amazing and on top of making sure every bit of our stay exceeds all expectations!!

This place is super cute! It was perfect for me and my dog during our stay in Prescott. It has everything we wanted, a yard for the dog, a deck with beautiful views, walking distance to downtown and close to the hospital. The landlords live next door and are incredibly nice people. I highly recommend and would love to stay again.
