Landlord Kept Deposit, Im living off of student loans

Initially Rachel and Joshua were responsive and nice! However, when it came to fix broken A/C unit became unresponsive. Moved out and I didn't receive my Deposit. I am graduate student living off of student loans and it has caused me a lot of stress that they never returned my deposit! Despite reassuring me multiple times that they would! Not cool!

Don’t not stay

I’m a medical student that agreed to stay in this location for my 6 month duration. However, upon arrival the place was half cleaned. All floor mats were disgusting there was trash under the bed. The shower hadn’t been cleaned. I asked for someone to come clean it she agreed but no one ever came. The curtains were filthy and the landscape wasn’t as pictured. I told her the first week I was moving when I find a new place because I’m not from Florida and student with a price range. I’ve had to deal with her son changing the code without letting me know and being locked out to having to break up a domestic dispute with him and his girlfriend. She has yet to give me my deposit back for the space and is not ignoring me . I didn’t cause any damages or any issues. I didn’t even want to leave a review but you have to be kind to people and I do not wish this experience on anyone.

The landlord is a crook

We rented from her for 10 months, gave 30 days notice and she has refused to return the security deposit and the prorated rent we are owed.
