Tranquility and privacy. The cottage is super cute. I lived there while construction on the main house was going on and had a ball. The fire pit just off the front deck was fun and morning coffee on the private deck on the back was special. Utilities included. No pets.

Utilities included, 2 bed, 1 bath, vaulted ceiling of the A-frame and lots of daylight. Two decks. New AC/Furnace, new hot water heater (tankless), new dishwasher and freshly painted. This cottage shares a roof but zero access to the main house, thus full privacy.
Neighborhood overview
Upscale neighbors but lots of space, quiet and updated. Brand new decks. Fully furnished including huge flatscreen TVs, full size fridge. The property is located 10 min from two large H, the interstate and two large shopping/groceries. I live in the main house on the property with my two dogs, cat and two chickens. The two houses are not connect but for the roof, come take a look. Its great. You won't be bothered AT ALL. Private...
