Cozy Cottage in Grandin Village Near Hospitals

This review is late, I apologize, if I could give more stars I definitely would. arrived during a snow storm - VA doesn't treat roads, have lots of plows, the only residents with a snow shovel are transplants. S&S welcomed me with a shoveled entrance and concern. Was I warm enough? Was the shower hot enough. We had snow, sleet and freezing rain. Lots of sunny windows but great room darkening shades for night shifters. So clean, cozy; the washer/dryer an added bonus. Loved the barn door that hides shelving. Co-op grocery, coffee shop, bakery, even a movie theater all within a few blocks. A few miles to downtown but walkable for farmers market, museums, boutiques, breweries and restaurants. The greenway and Roanoke River right there for walking, running, biking and kayaking. S&S set the bar high. In my year traveling since I've not found accommodations that were up to par. I would highly recommend; they are my go to if and when I return to Roanoke!! Maybe 2027
