You'd be missing out

I stay with Andy and Kristen for 2 months. They were by far the nicest and friendliest host with a wide variety of interest. They also had two extremely friendly cats. The place was clean and they were always kind and considerate of me. In terms of location, it was located in a safe neighbourhood within 15-25 mins from Advent Kissimmee and advent East as well as certain clinics. 100/100 recommend.

Long-Term Room Rental

I had stayed with Andy from Mar 2023 to Nov 2024. The room and house was very spacious, clean, perfectly air conditioned to protect against the FL heat, and the 2 cats were always a treat to be around. The community has everything you would need: pool, basketball & tennis courts, friendly neighbors, and perfectly safe for late night walks. The shared living spaces: gym, kitchen, laundry room, and living room; were all open for use whenever I wanted to use them. And any time I had issues Andy would get them resolved ASAP. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a short or long term stay in the area.

Nice Room, Great House, Awesome Host, Plentiful Ammenities

I had the pleasure of staying with Andy over the summer of 2024. The room and house are very clean, well air conditioned, and the cats are very nice to be around. The neighborhood is super nice with a pool, friendly neighbors, and good walks. I would say staying here was nicer than my own home! The gym, kitchen, laundry room, and living room were all very nice. Would recommend, 10/10.
