Quiet neighborhood, and the house stayed pretty quiet during the day while I slept. Affordable rent. Cindy is very friendly and hospitable. Cotton is friendly and energetic. Occasionally, her partner is also staying at the property. The house is pretty clean and modern. Private BR was spacious and has a private fridge, as the fridge in the kitchen can get full. The room has a comfy bed and lots of space for clothes. Cons: Ant issue present in my bathroom, bedroom, and the kitchen. Sometimes my things would get touched/moved from familiar places. The private bathroom also does not have a functional lock on it, as there were a couple of times I had locked it and it was still accessible. There were a few times during the first month I lived there where Cotton jumped on me or pulled at my belongings and did not release when asked by the owners. Overall, the place met my needs and didn't break the bank. Cindy is quite responsive to feedback, so I am sure the kinks can be ironed out.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very comfortable and quiet. I loved the mini fridge in the closet and the private bathroom attached to the bedroom. Its also close to a lot of places to eat, shop and the beach! ms. Cindy and her pup cotton were both very welcoming and easy to get along with. That is something I really appreciated being so far from home. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay with a nice and quiet neighborhood.

Cotton's Place

I enjoyed my stay there. Cindy (the host) is great and Cotton (the dog) is very friendly. You can't beat beat a private room and bath. You also have access to the common areas of the house if you choose so.
