First time in Colorado. Tammy and her family made us feel welcomed. The Apartment truly felt like home away from home with everything a traveler could need. The separate entrance made us feel comfortable to come and go as we pleased. The neighborhood is quiet and nice to walk around. Tammy is always responsive to anything you may need during your stay. Highly recommended for your stay in the springs.

Great private apartment!

This furnishing is a basement that includes a kitchen, dining area, living room, one bedroom, and one bathroom. I stayed here with an infant while on a work trip. I found it quiet and very peaceful. We couldn't hear anything from the above portion of the house. The kitchen was a great size and allowed me to prepare meals. The shower is amazing and has two features (normal shower setting and rain-like setting). The furniture was comfortable, to include the bed. I was easily able to put a pack and play in the bedroom with room to spare. The family here does have a golden doodle that is very infant/child friendly. Highly recommend!

Awesome Apartment

I stayed here for a month. Rick and Tammy are great hosts. The apartment had everything I needed for an extended stay. Lots of great restaurants nearby including Urban Egg and Chubbys Mexican. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment well appointed.

Great Property

This is an awesome apartment. There is a private entrance and the apartment has everything you need including a full-size kitchen and bathroom, includes laundry and kitchen amenities. Beautifully decorated and very clean. TVs in bedroom and living room. The family is very nice and accommodating, they are quiet and respectful. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping and the city. I enjoyed my stay here and would rent again.

Modern and Cozy

This is a great little apartment for a single or couple. Everything is provide all we had to do is bring our clothes. Easy access to the apartment and a great view. Owners are professional and easy to communicate with.
