Great location and gracious host
Beautiful craftsman home in north Everett, close to multiple hospitals and colleges. Spacious bedroom with tons of closet space. Brianna is a lovely host- Welcoming and willing to chat, but also respectful of your privacy. Her pets (2 cats and 1 dog) are well behaved and very friendly. Would stay here again if I ever return to Everett. Highly recommend!

This was a great room to rent! Its pretty spacious with a very large closet so that was nice. I also had my own private bathroom just down the hall from the room which was great! Brianna was so kind and helpful with anything questions I had! The house is a beautiful older house and has its cute little details! Had a great time living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to rent a room for a short period of time!

clean and convenient
Really enjoyed my stay - the room and common spaces are clean and Bri is kind. Walking distance to restaurants, extremely nice neighborhood of homeowners, not renters.
