this property is spacious ,very comfortable and in a quiet natural environment close to trail system summer and winter.
There is a 1000 gal. holding tank for all your drinking ,washing up and showering needs.
Currently the toilet is the Alaskan standard outhouse for places on permafrost however host may get indoor compost toilet for a longterm guest
