Great place with awesome host!!!

The place is great and is well maintained, it has everything that we've needed for our long term stay. Amber and Tim have been great, they live next door but they respect our privacy and space, and if we needed or have issue with something they are very quick to respond and resolve the problem. We highly recommend this place.

Absolutely loved staying here! Cleanest air bnb/furnished finder I have ever stayed in and super cozy with all amenities I could think of plus more. Great location for me working at Iowa Methodist and Lutheran Hospitals (great location for any hospital in Des Moines). Amber and Tim were awesome hosts and answered all questions super quick. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

Amber and Tim were great hosts! Their home was very welcoming. It was the perfect location for my job assignment at John Stoddard Cancer Center; less than 15 min away. It was extremely clean and very cozy. I absolutely loved their huge comfy reclining sofa chairs and the amazingly comfortable mattress. After a long day's work, I was able to fully relax at this "home away from home". Amber and Tim were both available to answer any of my questions in a timely manner. Their private fenced-in yard is also a huge plus. It was nice to go out and enjoy the backyard covered patio to unwind. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.
