A gem of a nest!

Alice’s place has everything you’ll need and then some, especially if your 3-month stay turns into a year long one. You might cook a little slower, but everything is there, including a massive grocery store a 10 minute walk away, to make something homemade. I personally found the bed to be extra comfy (on the squishier side if you’re a firm person), and the private ac/heat control came in so clutch. And the bathroom! Highlights include hand-painted tile by the previous owner, a claw foot bathtub, and a massive shower that gets hot right away. Even though the neighborhood is situated near big streets and a shopping center, you really are tucked away, even when standing on the porch. Alice is a dream landlady, fixing things right away and promptly responsive. There’s also a Marta station a 10 minute walk away with free ev chargers. Oh, and the house is basically an art gallery. If it sounds too good to be true, it kinda is. I felt so lucky to have stayed there.

Highly recommend! Alice was a great landlord and was so diligent about every detail and keeping my informed of things. She always asked prior to meeting me and never came into my space unwelcomed. The space is cozy and I had everything I needed. The bed is comfy and all around the space was great. On the street parking and no tv (if that matters to you). Close to everything and easily walkable safe neighborhood!
