Appreciate the maintenance issues

Maintenance was responsive and addressed issues quickly, which I appreciated. However, there were several concerns. The refrigerator had not been properly cleaned between guests, and the tub caulking had mildew that initially looked like mold. There was also a sewer-like odor from the sink that needed repair. As a night-shift worker, the house became too hot during the day to sleep comfortably. Even with fans and cooling sheets, I had to leave the windows and curtains open for airflow, making the room too bright to sleep well. Storage was limited because many cabinets contained the owner's belongings, and the kitchen cabinets had an odor. The washing machine smelled of mildew and the selector dial skipped settings. The TV volume was capped at 50, and some common streaming apps didn't work.
