Two stories with primary bedroom upstairs that has the best view in the house! This home is the perfect spot for a solo traveler who wants extra space or two guests max. We are not renting to families with children at this time. Note: there is a mother in law unit that is completely separate downstairs and we ask guests to be cognizant of noise and don't allow any parties or gatherings.
Neighborhood overview
Alki Beach neighborhood is a little slice of California in Seattle. Sandy beach, fun vibes, great restaurants and coffee shops. Our home is on the bus line. There's a water taxi that's 10 minutes and goes to downtown Seattle. The house is next door to an old growth forest and in front, a huge open field, tennis courts, pickleball courts and the beach.
