Because this is an HOA community, general groundskeeping, trash pickup, heating fuel fill-up, and best of all, snow removal, are never your responsibility. There is a community dumpster at the end of the parking lot that you can use any time. Fuel is filled regularly. And whenever there is a significant snowfall, snow removal is promptly scheduled and you'll receive a notice so that you know when you need to move your vehicle.

Located just off the Johansen Expressway, it's only a 5 minute drive to the University one way, and a 5 minute drive to the shopping central of Fairbanks that has several grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. It's also a 5 minute drive from the Tanana Valley Farmers Market, which is active all summer and autumn.

Great experience
Comfortable, well-maintained and attractively furnished, I had a very pleasant stay here. The landlord was kind and responsive.
