3BR Furnished Durham Townhome | Minutes from Duke hospital

Perfect Split for a Medical Rotation

Three of us came through Durham for a clinical rotation and needed somewhere that could actually fit a group without feeling like we were on top of each other. This place was the move. We each had our own room, our own space to decompress after long shifts, and the common areas were big enough that we weren't tripping over each other. The location was a straight shot to the hospital. When you're working 12-hour shifts the last thing you want is a complicated commute. We were door to door in under 15 minutes every time. The rooftop was a luxury. After a rough week on the floor there's something about sitting outside with a fire going that just resets you. We made it a Friday night thing. Theodore was easy to deal with from jump. Straightforward communication, no surprises. For a group of people who had zero bandwidth to deal with housing issues, that mattered more than anything. Already recommended it to the next rotation coming through

Spent More, Stressed Less

I was relocating from Vegas and needed somewhere to land while I got my footing in Durham. Honestly this place was at the top of my budget and I went back and forth on it for a while. Ended up booking it and I'm glad I did. Coming from out of state I needed to feel safe in an unfamiliar area, especially with my family. The neighborhood is quiet, the garage meant I wasn't walking to my car in a parking lot at night, and the smart lock situation gave me more peace of mind than I expected. Little things add up. The flexibility on the lease was what pushed me over the edge. I didn't know exactly how long I'd need and Theodore worked with me to extend without making it a whole thing. Location made the adjustment easier too. I could get to almost anywhere I needed in under 15 minutes while I was still figuring out the city. By the time I left I had my bearings and a neighborhood I actually liked.

Rooftop Sold Me

Stayed here for a work assignment and honestly didn't want to leave. The pictures are accurate but they don't do the rooftop justice - I was up there almost every evening. Fire pit, comfortable seating, enough space to actually spread out. Felt more like a patio at a house I owned than somewhere I was renting. Kitchen had everything I needed without me having to run to Target day one. Garage was a relief - just pull in and you're done. Theodore checked in early on to make sure everything was good and that was basically it in terms of check in, it was smooth and everything worked as expected. No hovering. If something came up I knew he'd respond fast, and he did. Would book again without thinking twice

Exactly what I needed

Stayed here for a month while relocating for a new job and could not have asked for a better setup. The home is fully stocked, you really do just show up with a suitcase. Kitchen has everything, washer and dryer in unit, fast wifi, and a rooftop terrace I used almost every evening. The location put me 10 minutes from RTP which made the work transition a lot easier. Theodore was straightforward and responsive the whole time. Genuinely one of the better places I've rented.
