Give it a shot
I just finished a small stint at this place and the reason I'm writing this reveiw and why I decided to stay here is because of the landlord. Curt is just an average blue collar guy who is super nice. He was always quick to respond and just wants you to be as comfortable as possible The house honestly has seen better days and has wear and tear, but they are trying their bext to fix it up as they are able. If you can get past the fact you're not going to be living in super luxury it isn't that bad. Give it a shot and help make the place a little better for the next person to come in
