Great shared house with great owner
I stayed in this shared house for almost 10 months in 2025/2026. I was in bind over flooded apartment and owner Steve took the time to move me in last minute over the weekend. Steve is an honest, responsive and organized owner that keeps the shared home in great shape. He is proficient at screening for responsible and curteous tenants. He has a regular cleaning service and plenty of kitchen storage and supplies. Bedrooms have clean and quality beds, linens and furniture. Bathrooms have storage areas and supplies. Washer and dryer are on site and work great. I never had issues with wifi or appliances. If you are looking for affordable furnished room this is great option and location. It is walking distance to train, grocery store, parks and anything else you need. I have no complaints about Steve or living in shared home with other tenants.
