The apartment is great with really nice views of the park. It was very clean when we arrived and also has any essentials that we need and even more, which made our stay a truly pleasure. The pool is a nice treat too. Really convenient location near downtown and close to USC, both walking distances. Catherine is really nice and took care of everything we needed very professionally and on time.

Id recently sold my home and needed a place to stay, until I could find a new home. After finding this place online, I contacted Catherine and she quickly responded. She was very detailed with information about the building and the surrounding area. My stay was two months long, and I must say, this building is filled with very friendly people, my neighbors next to me were very sweet and kind. I also enjoyed the view from the balcony as well as the ability to take walks, to nearby restaurants, stores, and especially to the Riverfront Park. I highly recommend this landlord and location. A True Gem in Columbia

I spent two months in Catherine's apartment while completing my law school residency, and I couldn't have picked a better place to stay! The apartment is very central in Columbia- anything you need is just a short walk or drive away. It is walkable to Main Street, the Vista, and USC's campus. The apartment was cozy and homey, and the neighbors all very quiet and friendly. Catherine was a great host and very helpful and responsive with any questions I had! I highly recommend staying here if you are a traveling professional that is staying in Columbia!
