Beware!

I absolutely hate writing bad reviews, but this place warrants one. As soon as you walk in the door, the smell of mold hits you hard in the face. The bathroom ceiling was full of mold, not to mention just the lack of upkeep of the home in general. The laundry room is a dump and it's outside, with insulation hanging down from the ceiling. You have to use a stool to be able to reach the microwave, due to how high up it is. The dishwasher didn't work. I was only in the house for three days, due to the mold and all of my clothes and personal belongings reeked of it after departing. The owners of this property really need to put some money into this house and make it livable, before trying to rent it out again. Unless this is done by them, I do not recommend staying here and to avoid it at all costs.
