Melody has been nothing but a five star landlord. The area is amazing. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with everything you need. Melody always checked in to make sure I was settled and didn't need anything else. There is a large outlet mall about a mile away. Target and many restaurants are also very close by. BJ's Brew House has amazing food. There are some great beaches about 12 minutes away. Juno Beach is a little further but it isn't as busy. Walmart and Costco are about 5-10 min drive North up Congress. The airport is 8 minutes away. The condo is safe and secure. The process to get all setup with a vehicle barcode and the HOA is a little cumbersome but well worth it. The area is secure and I never had to worry. The condo also features a nice pool to cool down in. I was staying there for work, but it felt more like a vacation with the pool so close and the amenities and Melody as a landlord. I Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a furnished place.
