Clean and quiet home. Every now and then you'll hear a local siren whirl or neighbor kids chasing each other down the street. It's a close-knit community with many of my neighbors having lived in their homes for 30+ years. I've lived here for 10+ years. I'm looking forward to sharing my home with another respectful and responsible working adult. Renting to females only. Negotiable when it comes to pets.

Perfect Location & Comfortable Stay
I stayed here with Cherith during an away rotation at Temple, and it was perfect! It was a quick trip to the hospital, and it was easy to find street parking as well. She keeps her home clean and pristine. I felt very safe and comfortable my entire stay. Cherith respected my privacy, gave me plenty of space and storage, and was also lovely to get to know over the course of the month! All she asked was that I treat the space with respect and clean up after myself, which is more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend this stay to any visiting medical students, travel nurses, or healthcare professionals rotating at Temple, or anyone looking for a spot to stay in Philly.
