Peaceful Bungalow Retreat by the Beach and Downtown

I had an extremely enjoyable stay at this property this winter! It is in a very central location minutes from downtown and within walking distance to Northwood. Jason was very prompt and super willing to help with all our needs throughout the course of our stay! I would highly recommend any of his properties.

Great experience

Me and a buddy stayed here for the winter and it was a nice and clean safe house. Jason was very helpful with whatever we needed the location is great really good restaurants all around! Thank you for letting us stay Jason!

Quiet, spacious, and well equipped!

My wife and I initially intended to stay at Jay's cottage in West Palm for just 2 months while we began our home search, but we ended extending through the summer because the place was so comfortable, and frankly, because we could tell how much Jay cared about us having a great stay. The area itself is quiet, safe, and very walkable, both to Northwood shops, a nearby cafe/remote work spot, and along the water to downtown WPB, and the residential streets and homes to the north are beautiful. The cottage is well equipped with essentials, and Jay is a great, responsive landlord who took care of minor issues that arose right away. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here!
