Excellent Exvellent Stay

My mother and I stayed here while transitioning to Philadelphia, and it was the perfect place. Ian made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was responsive, professional, and quick to address any questions or concerns. The location is fantastic in a quiet, safe neighborhood with the Broad Street Line and several bus routes just a short walk away. We loved being within walking distance of Target, Giant, Sprouts, Starbucks, and great local restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. The high ceilings made the space feel open, the study was a wonderful bonus, and the kitchen had everything we needed. If youre looking for a well-maintained, conveniently located furnished rental with a landlord who truly cares, I highly recommend staying here. We would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed with Ian for 6 months and I loved the house! Perfect amount of room for me and my pup and the neighbors are wonderful!! I never felt unsafe even walking my dog at night. Quick walk to subway and grocery stores! Ian is quickly responsive to any and all request. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
