Great apartment with all needed amenities and a recently updated kitchen. Front balcony with porch swing for nice relaxing nights on quiet neighborhood street. Very friendly neighbors. Fantastic location in a very walkable part of town that's close to parks, walking/biking trails, restaurants, and lack/beached. Pizza oven built in garage used often in summers for get-togethers.
