Awesome Host & Great Stay

Tina was an awesome host from start to finish. She was always organized in getting the paperwork together for the lease and making sure I was getting adjusted with everything upon immediately moving in. The place is very clean and very modern. The pictures you see on here are 100% accurate. It is in a perfect location that is central to everywhere. I had an amazing stay and I cannot wait to work with Tina more in the future when I come to St. Petersburg. Thank you for the great stay Tina!

Our stay here has been super! The home was exactly what we needed & Tina was a great landlord to work with. The home was clean & comfortable. Tina was responsive, accommodating, and took great care of us during our stay! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in the area!

Amazing Host and Home

We needed to rent a home after being displaced from Helene and Tina was super accommodating / flexible during our stay with all the unknowns of our timeline. Tina's home is spacious, clean and in a great location. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a short term rental!

Perfect Furnished Rental!

Tina is a lifesaver. My wife and I were displaced due to the hurricanes and were despairing that we wouldnt find a place to stay until we came across this listing. Its clean, updated, well furnished, and reasonably priced. Tina was a phenomenal landlord; very responsive and unintrusive. I cannot recommend this property enough!
