The house was in a great location from UNMC. She was an excellent landlord. Would 100% rent from her again. Even with my contract ending loved my stay at her place.

This was the perfect stay and exactly what I needed for my 3 month contract! Trac is so attentive and has truly thought of everything to make her guests comfortable. The updated washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen were sellers for me. She has gone above and beyond to make this feel like a home away from home. The quiet neighborhood made night shifts easier and the walking path is a beautiful addition. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

I lived here for 6+ months and it's a wonderful and quiet place to stay. Trac was very attentive and addressed anything and everything I needed!

Beautiful one bedroom home

I had a fantastic stay! I was here for three months on a travel assignment and is close to everything. The place was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was super responsive and made this place feel like a home away from home. Everything I needed and more was provided and the new washer and dryer is a huge plus. I will definitely be staying here again if I find myself back in Omaha!

Cozy one bedroom

This cozy one bedroom is truly home away from home! Situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood, this home is equipped with everything you could possibly need (and then some.) Fenced yard is great for fur babies. There is a walking trail to the left of the property, paved and maintained(peaceful.)The host is friendly and maintains great communication! Highly recommend!
