Nice place and great neighborhood

Picked this place because it was in Sam Hughes near Himmel Park. Inside was clean and tasteful, with a good use of space, and had everything I needed. On-site parking and laundry worked out fine. Ivan was a great host, friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Casita

We needed a furnished place for my mother to stay during some home renovation. This casita was an amazing find. Ivan was very helpful getting her setup, responsive to her questions, and he genuinely cared that she was comfortable in her time there. It is close to the U of A, Banner Medical Center, and has a park just down the street. The unit had everything she needed, was clean, and is in a charming neighborhood. Every time I called she mentioned how nice the neighborhood was and how she loved going for evening walks. If you or someone you love needs a place in Tucson, I highly recommend this place or any of Ivan's other casitas.
