The condominium and the entire complex is well maintained. The condominium is spacious, quiet, and in great condition. It is equipped for anyone that needs to work during their stay. The washer and dryer are a great benefit for long term stays. The complex is in great condition with five pools, a fitness room, security, and easy access to the running and biking paths. You can walk to a number of nearby stores and restaurants. The hosts, Brian and Eileen, are responsive and friendly. They want to be sure you enjoy your stay.

Perfect Stay with Stunning Views & Prime Location

We had an amazing stay at this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The unit is beautifully furnished, very clean, and thoughtfully laid out with plenty of space to relax. The patio views overlooking the golf course with Camelback Mountain in the distance were a highlight—we enjoyed coffee there every morning. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants, hospitals, Old Town, and the airport. Despite being so central, the gated community is quiet, safe, and peaceful. We also loved the amenities. Access to multiple pools, a fitness center, and clubhouse made it feel like a resort. The WiFi was fast and reliable for remote work, and the in-unit washer/dryer was a huge bonus. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay again!
